We met Deb Penhale a dozen years ago when we discovered Bayfield. We were interested in a piece of land and she was the listing agent. Two successful buys and two very successful sales later we have nothing but the utmost respect and regard for Deb, both as a professional and as, now, a friend. She was detailed in her paperwork and helpful and accurate with her recommendations of asking and selling prices. As a trouble shooter she handled any problem that arose for us, as we live in Manitoba. Always positive and respectful, Deb is the consummate professional. Thanks Deb for always being there.
